Cancellation Policy
If the client needs to cancel, reschedule or report being late for an appointment the client must contact Travin Jones with TAJ Photography (601-927-4340) before the time of the photoshoot. Please keep in mind that all monies paid are non-refundable in the case of a cancellation on the clients behalf or a "No call-No show". If the client needs to reschedule then the photographer will negotiate the best time for both the client and the photographer. In the case of the client not showing at the time of the appointment, the photographer will allow a 15 minute grace period before the session is ruled a "no call-no show" and the photographer leaves the location. At this point the client loses the session time and will have to set a new appointment should they still wish to shoot which includes repaying the deposit as a new session.
